COMMUNICATIONS CONTROLLER©
 

REZ Manager Communication Controller© supports up to nine communication ports. These communication ports may be attached to a modem for remote access to the handhelds or the communication port may  be defined as local with handheld docking stations connected to the port. The communication controller can support nine concurrent communication sessions. A typical route communicating at 19,200 baud will upload today's transactions and download tomorrow's route data in less than three minutes.

HOST INTERFACE
 
REZ Manager© was designed to work in a multi-user local network environment. REZ Manager© exports flat transaction files for importing into host accounting and inventory control applications. REZ Manager© will also import flat ASCII files from host accounting  applications (customers, products, etc.).
 
  
SALES ANALYSIS REPORTS & GRAPHS
 
Using history collected from the handheld transactions, REZ Manager© can create line graphs, bar charts, pie charts. These graphs can then be copied into Windows word processors or presentation programs. Using these tools allows management to monitor salesperson, customers' performance by product or by category of product.
 
 

ORDER ENTRY
 

REZ Manager© can be used to create orders for delivery by Route Sell routes or Delivery routes.

 

PRE SELL / DELIVERY ODER DISPATCHING
 
 
Orders created on the handheld, in REZ Manager© or imported from a host system, will be dispatched by REZ Manager© to routes for delivery. This dispatching can be pre-defined or done manually in REZ Manager© or in the Handheld by the Pre-Salesperson.

Capture the signature on the handheld and save the signature with the invoice in REZ Manager©

LOAD FORECASTING
 

REZ Manager© will use the past six weeks of sales history to forecast the loadout requirements for seven days in advance. These forecasts can be adjusted by the salesperson on the handheld or in REZ Manager©.
