As part of that commitment, we offer an annual service contract which includes 40 hours of no-charge software development, 40 hours of software development at one-half the base rate, and 40 hours of no-charge telephone support. We have found that our service contract provides users with the ability to have custom software developed without incurring significant expense.

VP Business Services has installed RouteEZ© into several types of direct store delivery (DSD) accounts. What makes this unique is that we do not rely on many applications to support all the different DSD types. We have one application, which is compiled with a rich variety of options, tailored to our users' individual needs. If a user's requirement is not satisfied with the existing options, we also provide custom solutions. Significant portions of our product were developed to support specific customer requirements, and have now become part of the base product.
