PRE SELL
Pre Sell Routes can place orders for same
day delivery or future day delivery. RouteEZ© will tele communicate
the orders to REZ MANAGER© for dispatch to delivery routes.
Dispatching can be done on the Pre Sell handheld or at REZ MANAGER©.
DELIVERY
Loads and pre-sold orders are downloaded to handhelds
for delivery. RouteEZ© will
guide the salesperson through the delivery
process. The pre-sold orders may be created in REZ MANAGER©,
a pre sell handheld, or imported from the Host Accounting System.
REZ MANAGER© will create the
load and the pre-sold orders for downloading into the delivery handheld
computer.
ROUTE SELL
& DELIVERY
Route Sell allows the salesperson to do conventional
stop and serve selling. In addition to this a route sell route can place
orders for future delivery, by his own route or another route sell route
or by a delivery route. Route Sell routes can also have suggested loads
downloaded (built on prior sales history) six days in advance and make
adjustments to those suggested loads. These suggested loads then can be
viewed and modified at the depot by REZ MANAGER©.
SIGNATURE
CAPTURE
RouteEZ© will allow the customer
to sign for the delivery on the handheld (Norand 6100 only). RouteEZ©
will upload this signature bit map along with the invoice data for electronic
retrieval. No more searching through warehouses filled with banker's boxes
for hard copy proof of signature.
SALES HISTORY
RouteEZ© will keep the last six
weeks of sales history in the handheld for the customers scheduled for
a delivery or conventional sell.
DEX\UCS
RouteEZ© currently supports the
DEX\UCS standard for store delivery. The salesperson can create several
invoices and transmit them to the retailers using DEX\UCS.

CONTROL
RouteEZ© currently supports cases
only selling, cases and eaches, and eaches only. Full inventory control
from loadout to End-Of-Day Check-in.
